Junta Directiva de LCS
Nuestra Junta Directiva de LCS está compuesta por 12 voluntarios comprometidos, elegidos por los miembros durante nuestra Asamblea General Anual para mandatos de dos años. Para garantizar un liderazgo estable y transiciones fluidas, estas elecciones se realizan de forma escalonada, de modo que solo la mitad de los puestos se someten a votación cada año. Si se produce una vacante a mitad de mandato, los miembros restantes de la junta eligen a un sucesor para que ocupe el cargo durante el resto del perÃodo. El equipo directivo cuenta con cuatro cargos principales: Presidente, Vicepresidente, Tesorero y Secretario. Para mantener una supervisión imparcial, el Presidente solo emite su voto en caso de empate para llegar a una decisión final.
The LCS Board.
Our LCS Board consists of 12 dedicated volunteers who are elected by the membership during our Annual General Meeting for two-year terms. To ensure steady leadership and smooth transitions, these elections are staggered so that only half of the seats are up for vote each year. Should a vacancy occur mid-term, the remaining board members elect a successor to serve the rest of that period. The leadership team features four primary officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. To maintain impartial oversight, the President only casts a vote in the specific instance where a tie-breaker is required to reach a final decision.
